Dragi prieteni,
Sâmbătă, 24 august, avem o binecuvântată ocazie să slujim Dumnezeiasca Liturghie, în capela “God’s Cottage” de lângă situl monahal Glendalough.
După cum bine știți aici s a nevoit Sfântul Kevin (498 – 618) în jurul căruia s a format actualul așezământ.
După Sf Liturghie vom putea organiza un picnic, dacă vremea ne permite, apoi, pentru cei care doresc, se vor putea vizita: muzeul, ruinele bisericilor, Crucea Sf. Kevin și cele două lacuri.
Capela va fi deschisă la ora 09:30, iar Dumnezeiască Liturghie va începe la ora 10:30 (cu aproximație).
God’s Cottage nu dispune de parcare, de aceea este necesar să parcăm în parcarea principală aflată la doar câteva minute.
Domnul să ne ajute iar Sf. Kevin să ne întâmpine cu pace și mult har!

Dear friends,
On following Saturday, 24th of August, we have a blessed opportunity to serve the Divine Liturgy in “God’s Cottage” chapel, next to Glendalough monastic site.
As you know this is the place where St. Kevin (498-618) spent his life in solitude and prayer. Later on, the monks gathered around him, established the monastery of whose ruins we can observe today.
After Liturgy we can organize a picnic, if the weather allows us, then, for those who want, we can visit the museum, the ruins of the churches, the cross of St. Kevin and the two lakes.
The chapel will be open at 09:30, and Divine Liturgy will start at 10:30 (approximately).
God’s Cottage does not have parking spaces, so we need to park in the main parking lots just minutes away .
May God helps us and St. Kevin grant us peace and humble thoughts.
